For the best results, we recommend that the home be picked up before the service. Dishes, pots and pans, clothing, shoes, toys, and personal belongings should be put away or removed from the surfaces and areas being cleaned.
This allows the service to focus on cleaning and maintaining your home, rather than organizing or picking up personal items. Window glass cleaning is not included in Standard Cleaning.
Important Information About Your First Cleaning
Your first Standard Cleaning may include a small additional charge. This does not mean that the service is a Deep Cleaning. However, since it is our first time cleaning your home, we may encounter a higher level of dust, dirt, or grease than expected.
We always focus on completing the services included in the Standard Cleaning, but every home is different. For this reason, we appreciate knowing when the home was last professionally cleaned or regularly maintained. This information helps us better evaluate the service and plan for the time and effort required.

Cleaning Products & Supplies Included:
Cleaning products and the supplies needed to perform the service are included. This includes our cleaning equipment and tools, such as a vacuum and other necessary supplies.
If you prefer us to use your own cleaning products or supplies, that’s perfectly fine. We simply ask that you let us know in advance so we can take this into consideration when providing the service.
